Technical Details
The laser headspace residual oxygen measurement system is a technology based on tunable laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) for detecting specific gas content in the top space of containers, and is also the most widely used spectral absorption technology that can achieve high detection sensitivity.

Select a laser that matches the frequency of the target detection gas molecules. When the laser passes through the headspace gas of the container to be detected, the target gas molecules absorb photons and produce electronic transitions, forming energy absorption of the laser spectrum. The higher the gas concentration, the stronger the spectral absorption. By analyzing the absorption of the laser spectrum, the content of the target gas can be calculated.
